CRM, Systems & Workflow Automation
Connecting the tools behind the business so information, follow-ups, and workflows move reliably.
The work behind the outcome
Project Context
My role: Systems & Automation Support
Business systems work best when each platform has a clear role and information moves without unnecessary manual handling. I build and manage connected workflows that capture inquiries, organize contacts, coordinate scheduling, trigger communication, and make follow-up easier to track.
The work includes both building new workflows and maintaining existing ones. When a connection breaks or information stops moving correctly, I trace the process across platforms, identify the failure point, repair the workflow, test it, and document the practical steps needed to keep it reliable.
